Training Frenzy: School Room West

Solana Beach, story California.  In a garage overlooking the ocean we train wednesday nights at sunset.  Performance is abysmal.   Success is measured in seconds of hanging on, not getting to the top.Getting your ass off the ground at all is an achievement.

Still, week after week, we can feel the added strength creeping into our fingers.

This isn't the kind of gym where you get bigger, or fitter.  This is the kind of gym where you learn to crush.  Which is, after all, what is best in life.
