Operation Destroy

img_0467.jpgCharles and I got our Monday thrash-on: the idea is higher intensity over shorter bursts of time. It was pretty brutal. Charles is a beast. The Workout:

  1. 10 x Clean and Jerk ~110 lbs
  2. 15 x 330 lb Tire Flips
  3. 30 x alternating kettlebell swings 35 lbs
  4. Standing Sled Pull - bag of gravel + 21.5 lb biscuit ~ 100ft

Three circuits for time with 5-7 minutes rest in between.
