Gym Kostas: The Return

Bad weather in the mountains and at the crags, schedules coalesce, and it’s time for a saturday morning thrashing.

Three rounds of:
5 laps
7 bleachers with 7 pushups atop each bleacher

Then: Pullup Pyramid to 10 and back down

Totals: 15 laps, 21 bleachers, 147 pushups, 100 pullups

    Sweet! Why 5 laps? And what, pray tell, is the third picture?

        Everyone does 1 pullup. Everyone does two pullups. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
