Workout: Endurance

Stolen in part from one of Shay’s old workouts, with a few extra reps worked in here and there…

The Work-Out

Short warm-up run and stretch.

30 Tire-Flips

Circuit Two:
4 Flesh Storms
50 Kettle Swings with 25lb KB
40 Squats with 35lb KB

Circuit Three:

A 2 minute Greek Bonus for everyone was added to the end thanks to Brent and Ed RSVPing late. We start at 5PM sharp, every Wednesday.
