Afternoon Annihilation 4/15/09

Workout: Endurance/Power

Good job today guys, and way to Pullhard until the end.  Next week it’s back to timed circuits again…

Warm-Up Run, etc.

Stations:
12 X Tire Flip
2 X Sled Pull
1 X Flesh Storm
20 X Spin the Bisquit
25 X Box Jump
20 X KB swing, then 14 X Clean and Press (7 each arm)
1 X Bucket Carry
20 X Ab Roller
20 X Weighted Lunges

Endurance: 2 rounds with running a lap, and doing 5 burpees between each station, if station is still taken when finish lap, keep running until it’s free.  Once done with all stations, keep running until everyone is finished. 2 minutes down time between each.

Power: After the 2 endurance rounds, 1 power round without running or burpees, and fast half-sets at each station, pushing through all stations as fast as possible (no down time).
