Happy April Fools’ Day, bitches. Brought back the timed circuits this week. This was the same work-out we did one year ago. I’m glad we all survived, this was no joke.

Circuit #1

One Arm Alternating Kettle Bell (35lbs) swings x 30
Standing Sled Pull (50lbs) for 100′
Thrusters with Kettle Bell (35lbs) x 15
“Flesh Storm” – one run: ~ 400′

Circuit #2

Clean and Jerk (35lbs on each side) x 10
Kneeling Ab Roller x 15
Burpees x 10
Bucket Carry for ~400′

Circuit #3

22″ Box Jumps x 20
Tire Flip (330lbs) x 15
Pushups x 15
Spin the Biscuit (20lbs) x 20.

    This was good for me. One year ago I was doing less weight and only cleans (not clean and jerks), doing fewer tire flips, etc etc. It’s good to see my times improve for some circuits and to be pushing myself harder and doing more weight than I was one year ago! I didn’t puke though, maybe next time if I’m lucky…
