Wreck Yourself Wednesday 1/28/09
Musical Chairs was the name of the game today. Works like this. Everyone runs an opening lap on the track and then grabs an open exercise station. Since there are 9 participants and only 7 exercise stations, the 2 losers who missed out on a station must keep running laps until something opens up. When you have finished a station you immediately run a lap and then find a new exercise station. Repeat this until you are out of exercises and then keep running laps until everyone is finished. Do not forget to yell obscenities at people who are slacking.

I think I’ll have to avoid stairs tomorrow. Awesome!
I had a good time with this workout. My legs were pretty shaky the rest of the evening.
If anyone has any ideas to make Santa’s Helper a little better lets us know. This exercise was hitting some muscles that we have not got to before, was very tiring!

The warmup is a bit rough to go into cold…
Also I think it’d be better to do fewer (maybe also heavier) clean-lunge-presses.
Santa’s Helper should be a sandbag, that rock is gnarly, but it’s a great exercise.
for SH we can just use kettle bell on a rope?
running in between was great idea, can run with smaller rocks also….
