Work Out: Operation Destroy
Each station is performed as a whole for time. One participant per station at a time. The entire circuit of four stations is completed once. Puking entitles you to skip one station of your choice.

Station 1:
Heavy KB Swing x 30
Ab Roller x 15
Flesh Storm
Pushups x 15

Station 2:
Goblet Squats x 20
Push Press x 20
Tire Flip x 20

Station 3:
Box Jumps x 20
Rock Carry
Burpees x 15
Bucket Carry

Station 4:
Six rounds of:
5 pullups
5 atomic pushups

    Okay I think a better idea is to set the work-time at 2 minutes, then complete as many reps as possible.

    It’s impossible to push yourself maximally for 3-5 minutes, you just end up slowing down and pacing yourself… which is not the point of this workout.

    Ok, i know that i am a russian pussy but i think the better idea is to just make the stations a bit easier, such as 2 blocks on a FS instead of one, 10 tire f instead of 20 and 10 burpees not 15?
    I am f-n destroyed today, feels like I lost my virginity with an elefant:)
