Work-out: TAKE IT EASY (strength)

Station 1:
5 rounds of
10 x ring push-up
10 x knees-to-elbows

Station 2:
5 rounds of
Barbell complex
10 x tire-flip

Station 3:
5 rounds of
Bucket carry
10 x weighted sit-up

Greek bonus:
100 x burpee

1. A barbell complex is (don’t let the bar down!) :
3 x deadlift
3 x bent-over row
3 x hang-clean
3 x front squat
3 x push-press
3 x back squat

    I liked this one better than previous. Still sore from it and had a kettlebell nightmare night after the workout:)

    Yea, totally agree. Didn’t feel like all that much weight until the next morning.

    Why do you guys alternate front squats and back squats? Any difference/advantage?

    Big difference. Front squats are way harder, and you can kind of go deeper, ass to the ground style. Useful for if you want to do heavy cleans or go directly into a push press.

    I feel like front squats use a bit less quads, and more core and balance than back squats.
