We revisited Operation Destroy, having forgotten how much it hurts. It’s amazing how a few minutes of high intensity work can wreck you.
Warm-up run, 10min.
Three circuits, each circuit for time. Rest between circuits as necessary. Two rounds.

20 x box jump
1 x bucket carry
Circuit Two:
10 x hang-clean and press
15 x tire flip
15 x pull-up
Circuit Three:
20 x goblet squat with KB
1 x flesh storm
20 x push-up
