1) Bench press to maximum (Nate: #225, Dan: #275)

2) Deadlift to maximum (Nate: #425, Dan: #365)

3) Five rounds of:
5x Power cleans, increasing up to #175
7x Military/Push Press #115
5x Weighted Pullups +#35

Notes: Nate PR on deadlift at 2.43 times bodyweight
