Wreck Yourself Wednesday 9/24/08
I showed up ready to Wreck to find Dan shaking his head and Nate and Charles drinking PBR’s and discussing shots. Jason showed up then left to go for a run, Dan went to the gym, and I started the first Gym Bowie. As for the rest of you, I don’t want to hear the lame excuses.
The Work-Out:
Warm-up jog from Nate’s to Rimac.
Five rounds of barbell complex (six reps each in succession of deadlift, bent row, hang clean, front squat, push press, back squat, pushups on the bar)
30 man-makers (10 x 15 lbs; 10 x 20 lbs; 10 x 25 lbs)
Squat Cleans until I couldn’t do any more.
Three rounds of:
Decline medicine ball situps: 20 reps
Dips: 10 reps
Cool down run back to Nate’s from Rimac.
So what do you say boys? By next Wednesday, try to grow a pair. And if you can’t, I’ll loan you mine.

Beer curls are much manlier than barbell curls.

I heard I missed the drinking… That makes me sad.
