I think we crushed it pretty good. Run approximately 160 meters on the “track” and complete a station, repeat. Keep doing this until you have completed all 6 stations. If you have no stations to go to (cause your done), or one is taken, keep running. If you will notice, there is two less station than participants. Its kinda like a sick and twisted version of musical chairs, except the music does not stop, and nobody fucking wins until everyone is done. Repeat. Repeat three times.
Exercises:
Box jumps
Flesh Storm
Crabwalk with 20 lb. dumbbells in each hand
Clean and Press with 35lb kettle bell x 20
10 Tire Flips
Buckets
Oh ya we had a plank-off for extra credit:
Kostas wins with 4.18
Charles second place with (4.17)
I forget who was third (post up).
