Wreck Yourself Wednesday 8/20/08

For strength today with some new exercises utilizing suspension techniques (TRX).

4 rounds, 1 minute at each station, 2 minute rest between stations.

Stations (1 minute ea.):

  • suspended reverse rows
  • suspended pushups
  • offset pullups, using knotted rope
  • situps on the big fucking tire (BFT) with the Heart of Stone
  • Flesh Storm (for good measure)
  • thrusters (with a shit load of weight, how much was that?)
  • two handed kettle bell swings with 35lbs.

Seriously get their on time no later than 4:45. If you have input for the workout get there at 4:30 otherwise keep your trap shut. Nice job this week guys.
