Wreck Yourself Wednesday 8/20/08
For strength today with some new exercises utilizing suspension techniques (TRX).
4 rounds, 1 minute at each station, 2 minute rest between stations.
Stations (1 minute ea.):
- suspended reverse rows
- suspended pushups
- offset pullups, using knotted rope
- situps on the big fucking tire (BFT) with the Heart of Stone
- Flesh Storm (for good measure)
- thrusters (with a shit load of weight, how much was that?)
- two handed kettle bell swings with 35lbs.
