Wreck Yourself Wednesday 8/13/08
Run and work is the name of the game. Run approximately 320 meters on the “track” and complete a station. Keep doing this until you have completed all 6 stations. If you have no stations to go to (cause your done), or it is taken, keep running. If you will notice, there is one less station than participants. Its kinda like a sick and twisted version of musical chairs, except the music does not stop, and nobody fucking wins until everyone is done. Repeat. Repeat three times.
It comes out to about 4 miles of running after all three rounds are completed.
Stations this week:
10 x Tire flip
2 x sled pull (standing)
Fleshstorm
20 x Box jump
20 x KB swing, then 14 x Clean-and-press (7 each arm at 35# or 24#)
1 x Bucket carry

I missed the buckets, I’m glad they are back! I was there too last week. I think…
I like the running, it allows you to recover while still maintaining a high heart rate.
