Workout: Strength
1) Incline bench press to maximum (Nate & Kostas: #175)
2) Deadlift to maximum (Kostas: #373, Nate: #403)
3) Three rounds of:
glute-ham 1-arm dumbell press, 40lbs, 8 reps each arm
12 deadlifts at #225
8 pullups

Notes: This was absolutely brutal. We intended to go for 5 rounds but it just wasn’t doable. Totally wrecked.
Both of our max deadlifts were PR’s, and slightly over 2.3 times bodyweight.
