Workout: Strength

1) Work up to max bench (Nate: #230, Shay: #205)

2) Six Rounds of:
Squat Cleans x 5 reps (65, 85, 105, 135, 155, 175) (Shay maxed at 135)
Bench Press x 5 reps (135, 135, 175, 175, 175, 175)
Push Press x 5 reps (Nate: 95 x2 then 115 x4, Shay 95 x6)

    Bench was up 5 lbs over last time, and I did all 5 reps of 175lb squat-cleans without screwing up.
