Workout: Interval
We changed it up to intervals today.

Workout:

10 x Tire flip
2 x Sled pull
Fleshstorm
20 x Box jump
20 x KB swing, then 14 x Clean-and-press (7 each arm)
1 x Bucket carry

Run 2 laps at the start of the round and between stations. If at the end of the 2 laps your intended stations are taken, keep running until one of them is free. Once done with all stations, keep running until everybody is finished.

3 rounds. 1 min rest between rounds.

    GCC is knar! I shuttered the first time I saw it off the road. Looks winterized in the photo…

    There’s a sled filled with rocks and weight that we have to pull at sprint speed using a sling attached to a backpack. I’m not sure what the weight on it is up to now (60-75lbs?). The distance is standard everytime (I estimate about 100m roundtrip).

    By the way, I figured that we all ran at least 44 laps total (14+16+14). Estimating 150m/lap, total= 6.6km= 4.125 miles.
