Wreck Yourself Wednesday 07/30/08
A little core workout to cleanse the soul.
The Workout:
Each station is done 3 rounds before switching to the next. While one person is doing the exercises, the other is holding the plank or leg-lift.
#1:
20 pushups
10 thrusters
#2:
20 box jumps
5-5 kettle bell clean & press
#3:
10 overhead squats
10 push press
#4:
15 pull-ups
15 knees to elbows

That is one hell of a photo!
you guys are wimps… you need to come to my kick boxing class if you want some REAL core work… or better yet my boot camp
But seriously… if you want to meet at mission bay, I’ll be happy to kick your ass!
We do not go to the beach and we do not pay anyone to workout. Your right, this workout is not very core intensive as advertised but its effective in many other ways. Plus I do the ass kicking around here.
