Warm-up: Barbell complex @ 78#, 89#, 111#

Workout:

(1) Work up to 1RM Bench Press (Kostas: 205#, Nate: 155#)

(2) 5 rounds of:

5 x Push press @ 135#

6 x pull-up

(3) Dip pyramid: 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2

Notes: We felt tired (too much drinking and not sleeping enough). You reap what you sow…

    drinking is not a big problem :) but not sleeping enough is not good!
