Welcome to the grind. No time, no excuses, just lots and lots of reps.
The Work-Out
Four stations. Each station is done 10 rounds before switching to the next. No standing around.
Station One:
5 tire flips
10 thrusters with 55lb dumbbell
Station Two:
10 box jumps
10 overhead squats with 20lbs on each side
Station Three:
15 pushups
5 each arm kettle bell clean&press (or snatch)
Station Four:
6 pull-ups
10 leg lifts

It was hard; I’m having trouble walking up stairs today.
