Work up to 1RM Military Press (Nate: #160 + #10 from last time)
Plenty of rest between sets
Then
Supersets of Squat-Cleans & Push Press:
Squat-Cleans: 5 reps at 85, 105, 115, 135, 155, 175
Push Press: 5 reps at #115
Plenty of rest between sets

Max military press was up 10 lbs from last week, and maxed out at 175lb squat-cleans instead of 165 from last week.
Failed on the squat-clean once at 155, and twice in a row at 175, but managed to do all 5 reps.
