Wreck Yourself Wednesday 07/16/08
This week we did time for reps. i.e. complete as many reps in a fixed time. Highlights this week include the new slosh bar and the hilariously pro-WYW response of the UCSD police that were called to the workout.
The Work-Out
Four circuits. No resting between exercises, and the stations were timed as a whole. After 1 minute, switch exercises. Do all circuits twice.

man-makers
box jumps (22 inches)
figure eight buckets
Circuit Two:
tire flip
clean and front squat
abs on tire with dumbell
Circuit Three:
slosh bar lunges
kettle bell swings
flesh storm
Circuit Four:
pull-ups
leg throw downs

The abs on the tire is really sweet. A bit heavier will be better, maybe the 36lb kettlebell will work for that.
The sloshbar only got hard near the end of the minute, so maybe putting it after the fleshstorm is a good idea.

Flesh storm consists of a backpack attached using a long piece of webbing to a sled loaded with gravel. You run with the backpack on.
Of all the exercises, probably 70% of the puking at WYW occurs after doing flesh storm.
