Workout: Strength

Warm-up: Barbell complex @ 75#, 85#, 95#

Workout:

Work up to 1RM Power-Clean and Press (Kostas: 155#, Shay: 111#)

Then

(1) 5 rounds of:

3 x Power-Clean and Press @ 85% 1RM

10 x Ankles-to-Bar

(2) 5 rounds of:

8 x Bent-over Row @ 115#

10 x Dumbbell Press @ 40#

15 x Goblet Squat @ 55#
