Workout: Strength/olympic lifts
Hang-Cleans + front squat for up to 10 reps:
95 lbs
115 lbs
135 lbs
155 lbs (change from Hang-Cleans to Power Cleans)
175 lbs (ditch the front squats, Power Cleans only)
Three supersets of:
up to 10x push press (115, 125, 125 lbs)
10x bent rows (135 lbs)
