Wreck Yourself Wednesday 5/28/08
Back by popular demand, the stations were done for time this week. It was everything the newcomers to WYW hoped it would be, and it was everything the old-timers knew it would be: absolutely brutal. There were only five of us this week, everyone else had “stuff to do.”

The Work-Out
Three circuits, each with 3 exercises. No resting between exercises, and the stations were timed as a whole.
Circuit One:
10 man-makers
20 box jumps (22 inches)
bucket carry
Circuit Two:
10 Clean and Jerks 95 lbs.
20 squats with 35lb. KB
15 tire flips (330 lbs)
Circuit Three:
Turkish Get-ups with 26lb KB, 5 on each arm
15 push-ups
Flesh storm

This week was so good, lots of core. I hurt all over and it feels fantastic.
really really good workout. Going for time definitely brings you closer to puking. I think I threw up a little bit in my mouth on a few separate occasions.
bwahahaha. I am so fucked when i get back into town.
