Wreck Yourself Wednesday 5/21/08
We had seven people today so we had three teams of two and Reid volunteered to go solo. The heat factor was back today, adding that extra bit of punishment that we all crave. Added a tire toss this week which had you winded by the end. Nobody puked their guts out, but a fortunate few were close.

Work-out
No resting between sets or between exercises. Two-people teams.
Flesh storm + alternating KB swing (3 rounds)
South of heaven (+20 lbs. this week) + KB thrusters (5 rounds)
Buckets + push-ups (3 rounds)
15 tire flips (+5 from last week) + plank (3 rounds)
Tire toss (4 rounds)
10 clean and jerks + ab roller (3 rounds)

Wow. Comments on the photos, I like the effort!
The tire toss was really good! The two people on the team alternated throwing it and stopping it. It provided surprisingly good shoulder punishment.
My shoulders hurt. A lot.
I felt SO good after the workout: it was awesome. Thanks to everyone for my first time! I’m sold and will continue coming as often as I can. The pics and the captions rock. Next time I’ll pull harder so maybe I won’t feel so good and will escape being labeled as an asshole.
