We brought the tire back today. It added a much needed out-of-breath abs station. Next week for time?

Flesh storm + alternating KB swing + Clean and Jerks (3 rounds)
South of heaven + burpees + KB thrusters (5 rounds)
Buckets + box jumps + pushups (3 rounds)
10 Tire Flips + leg lifts + Plank (3 rounds)
