We had an odd number of people today so we changed it up a bit. Intensity was high and the blood was pumping.
Work-out
No resting between sets or between exercises. Three-people teams
Flesh storm + alternating KB swing + Bear (3 rounds)
Pull-up pyramid, 1-6 (2 rounds) (72 total pullups)
South of heaven + burpees + KB thrusters (5 rounds)
Buckets + box jumps + Man-makers (3 rounds)
