We need to make sure that there are no rests between rounds and also limit the amount of rest between different exercises.
Almost feel guilty that nobody is puking their guts out any more. We might have to do something about that…

Work-out
3 rounds of each exercise (except pull-ups), back to back. Two-people teams
Flesh storm + alternating KB swing
Pull-up pyramid, 1-5 (2 rounds)
10 man-makers + turkish get-ups with KB
South of heaven + burpees
Tire war
The bear, 7 reps + ab roller
Buckets on steroids + box jumps

Alternating fleshstorm and kettlebell swing is really hard. Maybe we can do 4 rounds of that instead of 3…..
It definitely seems that the majority of the exercises target the shoulders.
