In a recent change of protocol, we incorporated a strength based workout this week similar to what we did last week. Every person partners up and both people work on two exercises until the person doing the main one is done.
- South of Heaven loaded up with extra weights + Burpees x 5 sets
- The Bear + ab roller. 7 reps x 3 sets
- Pullup pyramid: one set to 6 and back down
- 6 Turkish Getups + alternating KB swings x 3 sets
- Bucket carry on crack + box jumps x 3 sets
- Tire War: Set the tire up between two people and try to push it down in front of the other guy x 3 minutes
- Flesh Storm + Manmakers. 3 sets
