Wreck Yourself Wednesday 4/16/08
We changed it up again this week. The idea here is everybody works out with a partner. At each station, one person does the main exercise for reps or distance, while the other cranks away on an alternate exercise. If your partner’s going too slow and you’re getting clobbered, you yell at him to hurry the hell up and finish.

Stations:
- South of Heaven loaded up with extra gravel and weights + Burpees x 3 sets
- The Bear + rest. 7 reps x 3 sets
- Pullup pyramid: two sets to 5 and back down
- 6 Turkish Getups + alternating KB swings x 3 sets
- Bucket carry + box jumps x 3 sets
- Tire War: Set the tire up between two people and try to push it down in front of the other guy x 3 minutes

This workout demolished me. I did the bear first and was wrecked for the rest of it. Sore for days.
Thought we did Flesh Storm too. Thanks for posting up. I am ready to wreck tomorrow.
