I am glad we all survived. I will be stoked to mix it up next week. This session certainly defined the word punishment for me.

I puked a liter it sucked. I need to manage pre-WYW food intake better.
something was up in the air because this week’s exercise felt really hard.
Is it the new theme that someone has to puke every week?
Maybe what was in the air was puke particles…. I agree though, last week felt much harder. As always, it was flesh storm that did me in.
Hi there, My name is, well, displayed above I guess, and I live in Bishop, CA. I desperately want to get a kettlebell but am not willing to pay the shipping on one. If any of you know where to get one in San Diego and are coming up to the Bishop area, if you could bring me one I would be STOKED…and obviously pay you back (or even send you a money order before you come…). A 35lb (16kg) would be the best, but the next one up or down in weight would be OK too.

Puking = sign that you are doing damage to your body. Pull hard, but not so hard that your body rejects the workout. DUH.
