I finally joined the ranks of those who have blown chunks at WYW. It was the thrusters before the flesh storm that did me in…
Indeed the 4th exercise on every circuit ups the ante a little bit. For example circuit #2 with the burpees is pretty brutal now.

Okay, I gotta ask. Where do you store the tire (I’m assuming you live in the apartment complex in the background)? I’m an apartment dweller myself, and I’ve taken to doing similar sessions in the surrounding lawns, but I can’t figure out where I might be able to store a tire without pissing of my neighbors…
Fortunately our back porch looks out onto a garden that isn’t often used so we are able to keep it there. Once a year, during apartment safety inspections we have to find creative solutions for it.
I made th front page! Not bad for a newb. Now that the soreness is subsiding, I find myself strangely addicted. But that tire is still hell on earth.
You rock Lindsey!!! Maybe we can toss our cookies, so to speak, in the garden area. It looks like they need some compost out there.
You look great! P.S. ” the ” is not spelled ” th “.
