Ummm….Can you guys keep it down?

Your WYW Summary:

Warm-up run and stretching, 15 minutes.

10 minute circuit of 10 exercises (1 min/ea.), 4 circuits, 2 minute rest between circuits:

Bucket Carry
“South of Heaven”
“Flesh Storm”
Box Jumps (22″)
Jump Rope
BURPEES
Ab Roller
“Heart of Stone”
Two handed kettlebell swing, 35lb men, 26lb women
Overhead weighted sit-up/”Spin the Biscuit”

Followed by a warm-down run.

Other notable facts include:
* Neighbor spent 10 minutes trying to tell us to turn down the music and not shout numbers so loud.
* The last set added 1 min worth of situps due to Gil’s incompetence.

    How about we do WYNW — wreck your neighbor Wednesday next week? A bunch of skinny guys and girls carrying weights can be intimidating!
