9 minute circuit of 9 exercises (1 min/ea.), 4 circuits, 2 minute rest between circuits:
Bucket Carry
“South of Heaven”
“Flesh Storm”
Box Jumps (22″)
Jump Rope
Ab Roller
“Heart of Stone”
Two handed kettlebell swing, 35lb men, 26lb women
Overhead weighted sit-up/”Spin the Biscuit”
Followed by a warm-down run.

I feel fantastic today! A very good sore, and my back doesn’t feel broken this week…Also, you forgot Shay.
Its called kettle crack. If you don’t have it your not doing it right.
