I was feeling really strong during the first circuit, but then quickly deteriorated.
I’m feeling the need for a changeup: something like 5 very anaerobic strength exercises for 5 sets… for reps not time. We definitely need a barbell for this.
The kettlebell should definitely be called “The Wrecking Ball.” The “cool-down” run was brutal this week.
Yesterday was fun. I was in a bad mood all day, but felt better after wrecking myself.

I’ve got a barbell and weights you guys can keep for WYW. I’m actually moving to the hood next month so I’ll drop in for some fun

Can we make “south of heaven” longer next time? I feel like I’d be able to pull another 20 feet if the sled was further away.
