Way to go guys! We tore shit up! Gotta love the wonderful weather we had. Very nice turn out as well!

Your WYW Summary:

Warm-up run and stretching, 15 minutes.

9 minute circuit of 9 exercises (1 min/ea.), 4 circuits, 2 minute rest between circuits:

Bucket Carry
“South of Heaven”
“Flesh Storm”
Box Jumps (22″)
Jump Rope
Ab Roller
“Heart of Stone”
Two handed kettlebell swing, 35lb
Overhead weighted sit-up

    I was feeling really strong during the first circuit, but then quickly deteriorated.

    I’m feeling the need for a changeup: something like 5 very anaerobic strength exercises for 5 sets… for reps not time. We definitely need a barbell for this.

    The kettlebell should definitely be called “The Wrecking Ball.” The “cool-down” run was brutal this week.

    Can we make “south of heaven” longer next time? I feel like I’d be able to pull another 20 feet if the sled was further away.

    Jon, next week you should show up on time for all of the circuits and running. Then you will know pain.
