Where is the tire smash!?
Sorry I could not be there guys. Kostas and I have been getting ready for an arctic vacation of punishment and destruction! FUCK YA!
We didn’t have the sledge hammer Charles…
Also, my back is destroyed. I had nightmares about the kettlebell last night!
The new version of South of Heaven killed me. Good times.
Yes, we didn’t have our normal sledge-hammer. I tried the small one but it was a pain in the ass to get a good hit.
Don’t worry, I swung the shit out of that kettle-bell.
I think we should get a barbell, and include one minute of the Bear.
