Try generic brand WYW!  A heaping dose of punishment guaranteed in every serving.  Take once a week on an empty stomach followed by at least two glasses of water and 30 grams of protein. 

Side effects may include:
dizziness, nausea, vomiting, sleepiness, soreness of the buttocks, abdominals, back.

Notify your doctor if you experience:
difficulty urinating, mood changes, breathing difficulties, swelling, constipation, aggressive behavior.   

Unfortunately some individuals do not use this product as directed.  If you miss a dose, DOUBLE your next dose.  DO NOT simply resume your regular dosing schedule.

Your WYW Summary:

Warm-up run and stretching, 15 minutes.

8 minute circuit of 8 exercises (1 min/ea.), 4 circuits, 2 minute rest between circuits:

Bucket Carry
“South of Heaven”
“Flesh Storm”
Box Jumps (22″)
Jump Rope
Tire Smash
“Heart of Stone”
Spin the Biscuit
