Wreck Yourself Wednesday 11/28/07
A very nice session was had by all. I built a plywood box over my lunch hour to facilitate box jumps. The 22″ x 22″ plywood box serves up a fine leg numbing obstacle when tackled directly after the “flesh storm”. Otherwise business as usual. Looking forward to next week.
