Wreck Yourself Wednesday

Spin the Biscuit:
Sit in a half-situp position and spin the heavy cheese-wheel side to side.

Sandra:
Run with a heavy haulbag named Sandra as far as possible in one minute.

The Sled:
Drag the sled as fast and as far as possible.

Bucket Carry:
Carry two buckets full of sand as fast and far as possible.

Tire Smash:
Beat a tire with a sledgehammer as hard as possible. Focus on bringing the hammer all the way up and throwing it down
with your core.

Ab Roller:
Roll all the way out to horizontal from your knees. No Stopping.

Jump Rope:
Jump Rope.

The Workout:

  • 1 minute at each exercise with as little transition time between exercises as possible.
  • 2 minutes rest between sets of 7 exercises.
  • Repeat for 4 sets total.

    Sandra is great. You can carry her around, throw her down and leave her for the next guy. She never complains.

    I propose listening to really bad music the whole time to add to the punishment…suggestions include but are not limited to Kenny G, Barabara Striesand, Bette Middler, Yodeling, etc. If anyone actually enjoys the artists listed above, call me and I’ll let you know of some great local spots where you can jump to your death.
