The Bear
The woman in the front is Jolie, a climber I know from Fremont. I still say we need to check out Crossfit and try to make our own somehow…..

What would be a good day to do the bear? Leg/shoulder
    or leg/back? I like.

Lin, we have talked about forming our own crossfit. Problem is that we need a warehouse to or something to keep all the equipment. Nate and I talked about forming a co-op where everyone pays like $50 a month and we could rent out a shithole somewhere to destroy ourselves. I’m in.

PS: free crossfit class downtown on Sat morning. I think I may go this week. http://www.crossfitsandiego.com/

Actually, we could probably leave the equipment on mine and nate’s back porch and then do the exercises on the grass in our backyard. Its freaking san diego. its always nice outside.

It’s better to have some warehouse somewhere so we can leave stuff set up. You know, ropes, pullup bars, bachar ladders… It’d be a bitch to set that stuff up each time.

I think ring push-ups would be sweet too. These crossfit ladies are savages!

shit man, I tried “The Bear” and its good, I like. The only hard part is bringing the weight back over your head after the squat. Going to keep working it.
